syncDriver for SkyDrive is a desktop application that sits in your tray and synchronizes your local folder with your SkyDrive account. The program maps a local folder of your choice to the OneDrive root directory and keeps these two in sync. It also offers you multiple folder synchronization.

I love it, but now I get this syncdriver.trayicon.exe application error and I can't use it any more.

This is a clean ultra lightweight way to sync a folder on your PC with your skydrive account. It works in Windows XP which is a big plus for those (Microsoft SkyDrive doesn't). One of my favorite things is that Microsoft office doesn't see the Skydrive folder as an actual Skydrive connection. (When using Microsoft Skydrive app, whenever you open a office file in the skydrive folder it would actually go online and download it and upload it again every single time you save because it sees the file as a "Skydrive" file. Plus it open the office upload tool in your tray. More junk.) Using this program Microsoft Office sees all the files as local files and behaves normally, allowing the syncing to happen seamlessly in the background, which is the whole point of syncing anyways! Use this instead of the Microsoft app, I 100% recommend it!
